Return Process

  Securely pack the device, including all original accessories, cables, and manuals, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

  Ship to NIIMBOT

  Send your return package via a trackable shipping service to our designated fulfillment center for inspection.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
